In May 2016 OpenUp Digital helped NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit promote its award-winning U Assure information governance solution via a targeted Google AdWords campaign.
OpenUp Digital oversaw every stage of the campaign, including:
- Setting up a Google AdWords and controlling the campaign’s budget
- Writing multiple high quality text adverts reflecting U Assure’s benefits
- Developing a set of keywords which ensure the adverts are seen by relevant audiences
After launching the campaign, OpenUp Digital closely monitored its performance, regularly producing reports for the client which provided quantifiable evidence and made clear recommendations for improvements.
In consultation with the client, OpenUp Digital acted on the performance data to make improvements to both the advertising text and keywords. As a result of these changes, both the total number of clicks and the relevance of the advertising nearly doubled.
In June 2016, the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network awarded Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU) ‘Innovative Organisation of the Year’. U Assure was cited in the awards win as a unique tool supporting information governance across NHS organisations.
