Between autumn 2015 and summer 2016 Francis served as product lead for Helpful Technology’s Digital Action Plan, a straightforward, personalised learning programme to help teams develop the skills and confidence they need to get the most out of social media and other forms of digital communication.

Designing, delivering and marketing the Digital Action Plan

Francis was responsible for developing online training modules, delivering face-to-face training workshops and providing ongoing coaching and support to course participants.

Francis also marketed the Digital Action Plan to training commissioners using a combination of Google AdWords, blogging, social media engagement and offline networking.

Digital Action Plan clients included the General Medical Council, HM Revenues & Customs, Department for Work & Pensions, Department for Business Innovation & Skills and the Food Standards Agency.
